These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the kkfbj platform from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between you and kkfbj with respect to your use of the platform. Players whose accounts are placed on hold will be notified via their registered email address and given the opportunity to respond to any queries raised by the investigations team.

kkfbj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so. The following circumstances may give rise to account suspension or closure:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity, age, or source-of-funds verification documents within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a law enforcement authority requiring account suspension or closure.
• Account dormancy exceeding 12 consecutive months without login activity.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, kkfbj will notify the account holder via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe and will provide an opportunity for the player to respond to any queries raised by the investigations team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within one business day. Any cash balance in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via the registered withdrawal method once pending KYC requirements are satisfied.
